What does HxDF actually offer today?
Published guides and templates, free to read. Beyond that: audit requests are open and the first two tools are being built, though nothing in either layer has been delivered yet. The Blueprints and the student programs are proposed, meaning the design is written down and nothing has started. HxDF has run no programs, served no students, and completed no audits. Everything on this page carries the status that is true rather than the status that would be convenient.

What the four labels mean.
One vocabulary across the whole site: every audit, tool, Blueprint, and program uses these four words and no others.

- Being built and reviewed. Not yet available to the public. Where a date exists it is stated; where it does not, nothing is implied.
- ProposedProposed
- A defined concept or planned pilot that has not launched. The design is written down and nothing has been delivered. Two kinds sit here and the entry itself tells you which: a proposed pilot names its targets, and any target it names is a plan rather than a result; a proposed concept names none because none have been set.
- Future conceptFuture concept
- A long-term idea HxDF intends to pursue after earlier work produces evidence. Not built, no timeline, no commitments.
Out of scope
What HxDF is deliberately not.
A narrow organization is easier to evaluate than a broad one. These are the things HxDF gets asked for and declines.
A generic coding bootcamp. Code appears only when a project needs it.
A free web agency for every nonprofit that asks. Website work happens only inside a defined project with a defined outcome.
A device distribution program.
A generic AI consulting shop. The unit of value is capability transfer, not billable implementation.
A social media training organization.
A workforce program with no community or safety component.
A technology vendor disguised as a charitable program.
